( not just sex workers)I was banned from entering the US to represent sex workers at the Global Commission on HIV and the Law as a person of 'moral turpitide' although I disclosed nothing and have never been convicted of any criminal offence. I was a receptionist in a happy endings massage parlour 30 years ago! I had no idea that 3 decasdes later this would mean pimp and/or trafficker Under US law if a person does not disclose theu moral turpitude their visa will have been obtained under false pretences. Anyone who goes to the US conference under these conditions should know that they do not have the same rights and protections of valid visa holders in the US.
