Taylor Moffett, Outreach Coordinator
Taylor Moffett holds a degree in Communications and is currently pursuing a degree in Human Services. She is a Certified Peer Recovery Specialist, providing Narcan training and home re-entry support, and also leads a needle exchange program. Taylor has been living with HIV for almost 30 years, and her journey has strengthened her passion for empowering individuals in recovery and advocating for accessible resources that support healthier, stronger communities. Taylor has proudly been a PWN member for nearly four years, serving as both Outreach Coordinator and Canvas Lead for Colorado.
