WHAT’S ON THE BALLOT? ISSUES THAT MATTER TO OUR COMMUNITIES

YES ON PROP 123!
Vote YES on Proposition 123
to make more affordable housing available in CO! Prop 123 will address the affordable housing crisis that is devastating our communities and leaving many of our neighbors unhoused or unstably housed. Prop 123 does NOT raise taxes – it taps into existing state funds.

NO ON PROP 121!
Vote NO on Proposition 121
to prevent funding cuts to critical programs that our communities rely on, like healthcare and K-12 education. If Prop 121 passes, these tax cuts will benefit wealthy individuals and corporations and hurt our communities by cutting dollars for schools, roads, and basic services. This doesn’t actually save working class families money in the long run. Vote NO because Coloradans deserve a tax change that works for everyone.

YES
ON PROP FF!
Vote YES on Proposition FF
because nutritious food for all kids is a human right. Prop FF will continue current funding of free, nutritious meals for all students in public schools. 60,000+ kids in Colorado can’t afford school meals but don’t qualify for free or reduced-price lunches. Prop FF also supports local Colorado farmers and invests in public education and our children.

YES ON DENVER ORDINANCE 305!
Vote YES on DENVER
Initiated Ordinance 305 because it will prevent homelessness by stopping unjust evictions and keeping families housed. Ordinance 305 gives all renters in Denver free legal support to avoid eviction or navigate the eviction process.
